Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

Orders placed before 2 PM UAE time are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary during sales periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 200
  • AED 15–25 shipping fee for orders below AED 200
  • Additional AED 10 fee for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE.

Please ensure your phone number and address are correct. Our courier may contact you before delivery confirmation.

Orders that are repeatedly rejected or unreachable may be restricted from future COD purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email.

If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts:

  • the order may be returned to us,
  • re-delivery charges may apply.

International Shipping (Optional)

We currently ship to GCC countries including:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Oman
  • Bahrain
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar

International delivery timelines vary between 4–10 business days.

Custom duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • contact us within 48 hours,
  • include photos of the item and packaging.

Approved cases will receive replacement or refund support.
